Marine · Engineer · Founder · Operator

Twenty years running operations and building machines that beat humans at their own game.

Marine Corps logistics chief. Top-ranked gamer who automated his own playstyle and sold it worldwide. Engineer of real-time decision engines before AI was a household word. Now two agencies, one operator, measured in dollars.

Section I · Who I am

Logistics chief. Automation engineer. The pattern is the same: build the system, remove the guesswork.

I spent ten years in the Marine Corps running supply and logistics, usually a rank or two above my grade. Given eight months to turn over a base, I did it in three. The Corps taught me how large operations actually run and how to build systems that do not break.

After the Corps I built real-time automation engines for the gaming industry, then a SaaS platform for cryptocurrency traders, and taught myself web development and SEO to sell my own software. In 2019 I pointed all of it at an industry full of operators being overcharged for work that should be systematized.

I am not a salesperson. I am an engineer who builds systems for businesses that never had access to this level of infrastructure. My clients do not need another dashboard. They need the phone to ring, and proof of what each ring was worth.

Section II · What I run

Two companies, one architecture.

Home services · 2019 → now

The Found Everywhere System for phone-driven service businesses. Websites, SEO, ads, and AI search run as one stack. Every inbound call qualified, valued, and attributed to the channel that produced it.

Roofing, HVAC, pest, towing, septic, dumpsters. Reports in revenue, not impressions.

Section III · Revenue recovery audits · Found and fixed

A roofing company asked me to take over their Google Ads. I found a $600,000 crack instead.

I do not touch an ad account without auditing everything first. Before changing a single campaign I traced six months of their leads through call tracking, the CRM, quotes, and invoices. Every lead, matched to what it actually turned into. The ads needed work, but they were not the problem.

$149,000 in quotes were written up and never sent, finished and priced, sitting in drafts. Half their good leads never got a quote at all. $495,000 in quotes went out the door without a single follow-up call. And a dozen homeowners priced their own roofs through an instant quote tool nobody had logged into, roughly $725,000 in requests that never reached the CRM.

Their sales team is actually good: once a quote goes out, they close 44% of ad leads. The people were fine, the ads were decent. The money was disappearing in between, where nobody could see it. The owner got a spreadsheet with every lost lead's name and phone number, then we built the fix: every lead caught, every quote followed, every dollar counted. Automatically.

Every vendor sees one window. The ads agency cannot see the CRM. The CRM consultant cannot hear the calls. The money disappears in the cracks between systems, where nobody's dashboard points. This audit sits in the one seat with every window open.
